PRIME-SEASON RATES
Between April 1 and September 30, 2008 

• Nightly rate for one night stay is $100 (single or double occupancy.) Each additional guest is $20. Maximum four guests.
• Two or more nights $75 single occupancy
• Two or more nights $85 double occupancy
• Each additional person is $20 each (Occupancy limit is four guests, total)
• Weekly rate is $475 single/double occupancy. 
• Monthly rate is $1650 single/double occupancy. 

OFF-SEASON RATES
From October 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 

• Weekly rate is $350 for single/double occupancy.  Breakfast & discounts don't apply.
• Monthly rate is $1200 for same.  Breakfast and discounts don't apply.
• A single night is $75 single or double occupancy.
• Two-night minimum stay NOT required during the off-season. 

Dolphin Street offers a 5% discount for each senior, 62 and older, staying in the Guest House during our prime season.  If there are two, the discount is doubled and so on. Tax applies to all visitors. Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, and Traveler's Checks are accepted in US currency only.
