PRIME-SEASON RATES
Between April 1 and September 30, 2010

• Nightly rate for one night stay is $110 (single or double occupancy.) Each additional guest is $25. Maximum four guests.
• Two or more nights $80 per night single occupancy
• Two or more nights $90 per night double occupancy
• Each additional person is $25 each (Occupancy limit is four guests, total)
• Weekly rate is $550 single/double occupancy. 
• Monthly rate is $1850 single/double occupancy. 

OFF-SEASON RATES
From October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 and
From October 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011

• Weekly rate is $475 for single/double occupancy.  Breakfast & discounts don't apply.
• Monthly rate is $1500 for same.  Breakfast and discounts don't apply.***
• A single night is $85 single or double occupancy.
• Two-night minimum stay NOT required during the off-season. 

***For one month the rate is $1,500. Rates for renting the cabin longer than one month will be determined on a case by case basis. The rate will include City utilities and the home furnishings. (electric, water, sewer, and refuse)

Dolphin Street offers a 5% discount for each senior, 62 and older, staying in the Guest House during our prime season.  If there are two, the discount is doubled and so on. Tax applies to all visitors. Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, and Traveler's Checks are accepted in US currency only.

Cancellation/Damages Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days or more from the date the reservation was made will be assessed 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the original date the reservation was made will be assessed 25% of the reservation total or a 2-night min. for party total, whichever is greater, for administrative/rebooking fee. Making reservations binds guest to pay all applicable cancellation fees. Fees are charged for reservations and not for “nights stayed”. Any fees associated with damage or loss due to negligence, during your reservation will be promptly charged to guest’s credit card. Some exceptions may apply. Disclaimer: Please notify owner of any damage immediately as damage or theft occurring during your stay may be charged to your credit card. The Harbor Master provides stations for fish cleaning. Fish cleaning is not allowed in the cottage. Owners/management are not responsible for theft or vandalism to your property during your stay. Deposits made to reserve cottage by guests automatically binds said guest(s) to hold harmless, the management/owners for any/all injury to self and/or others during their stay.
